酚酸检测

化感作用是由于植物或微生物代谢活动而对环境中其他植物或微生物所产生的有利或不利作用。具有化感作用的化学物质成为化感物质。研究表明,某些化感物质可使植物品质下降,病虫害增多,进而产生连作障碍。其中酚酸类物质是导致植物连作障碍的主要物质.酚酸类物质的自毒作用影响植物的膜系统,光合作用,酶活性,土壤微生物活性,土壤理化性质和内源激素等,对植物生长产生抑制作用。
