昆虫激素检测
全变态昆虫一生要经历胚胎-幼虫-蛹-成虫等发育阶段，在这周生命周期中，由于几丁质外骨骼的限制，昆虫必须通过周期性蜕皮才能完成个体生长于发育。蜕皮包括幼虫不同龄期间的幼虫蜕皮和从未龄幼虫变为成虫的变态蜕皮。由于蜕皮于变态是全变态昆虫典型的发育特征，其调控基因及机理也有其特异性，因此阐明调控昆虫蜕皮与变态的基因及分子机理可以为害虫控制提供环境安全的新思路与新方法。
目前已知调控昆虫蜕皮与变态的激素主要有蜕皮激素和保幼激素，两者协同作用调控基因网络的级联反应和相互作用。蜕皮激素启动和调控蜕皮与变态，保幼激素抑制蜕皮激素调节的各种分子活动，控制蜕皮的性质。在幼虫取食期保幼激素存在时，蜕皮激素启动幼虫不同龄期间的蜕皮，在变态期保幼激素降低或消失时，蜕皮激素启动变态蜕皮。
